a) Candidates interested in participating in the examination should fill the application form on this website http://ctgvat.teletalk.com.bd. b) Online application submission period is 22/12/2022 (10:00 AM) to 11/01/2022 (5:00 PM).

c) In the online application form, the candidate has to scan his color photograph (length 300 × width 300) pixel signature (length 300 × width 80) pixel and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be maximum 100KB and signature size should be maximum SOKB.
D) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information before submitting the online application form.
e) The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related need and submit one copy during the oral examination.
f) After filling the online application form properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, after submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer.
Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s copy with User ID, photograph and signature and will complete the registration by sending an SMS in the manner described in paragraph (b) within the next 72 hours. However, after completing the registration through SMS, no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable, so before completing the registration, the candidate must ensure that the applicant’s copy has his recent color photograph, accurate information and signature attached and confirm its correctness by downloading the PDF copy and making a color print.
