epb job circular (Export Promotion Bureau Job Circular )-2023

The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination:

1. 25-03-2020 AD. Age limit is 18-30 years for general and minority ethnic group candidates as on date. However, the age limit for sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged is 18-32 years. No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age.

2. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations should apply with the permission of the appropriate authority. Written and Oral Test will be conducted for all posts. 8, 9, 12, 15, 16 and 17 for the posts listed in the written and practical examination and for the posts listed in the lists 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 18 and 19 Candidates who qualify the written test for the post will be considered eligible for the oral test.

Original copies of all certificates must be produced at the time of oral examination and attested photocopies of all certificates must be submitted along with the filled Application Form.

Besides, a certificate issued by the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as proof of permanent resident of the district should be provided.

Employed candidates have to submit permission letter from appropriate authority.

If the applicant is the son/daughter of a martyred freedom fighter and son-daughter of a freedom fighter, attested copy of the freedom fighter certificate of father/mother/grandfather/grandmother issued by the competent authority and if the applicant is the son/daughter of the daughter of a freedom fighter, then the Chairman of the concerned Union Parishad/City as evidence.

Attested photocopy of certificate issued by Ward Councillor/Municipal Mayor/Councillor of Corporation to be submitted.

6) No allowance will be given for participation in written, oral and practical tests. 7.

The authority reserves the right to reduce the number of posts and cancel the notification.

The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final. The same candidate cannot apply for more than one post.

Rules for Online Application Form Filling of epb gov bd job circular:

(a) Candidates who wish to participate in the examination can fill the application form on this website http://epb.teletalk.com.bd. The application deadline is as follows:

(d) Starting date and time for online filling of application form and submission of application fee is 02/10/2022 at 10:00 am.

(ii) Last date and time for online submission of application form is 31/10/2022 at 05:00 PM. Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the exam fee via SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submission of application form online.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be maximum 100 KB and signature size should be maximum 60 KB.

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the online application form.

The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related need and submit one copy during the oral examination.

(3) Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After filling the application form (Application From) online properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, after completing the submission of the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph and signature.

Candidates should download the applicant’s copy and print it in color and save it. Applicant’s copy will contain a User ID number and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner.

(Two Hundred) Taka and 24 (Twenty Four) Taka Service Charge (Non Refundable) Total 224 (Two Hundred Twenty Six) Taka, Application Fee 100/- (One Hundred) Taka and Teletalk Service Charge 12 (times) inclusive of Rs.(non-refundable) total of Rs.112 (one hundred times) and application fee of Rs.50/- (fifty) for the posts mentioned in clauses 18 and 19 and service charge of Teletalk including Rs.6 (six) (non-refundable) total of Rs.56/- ) through Dhaka Teletalk pre-paid mobile number within 72 (seventy two) hours.

It is specially noted here that even if all the parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.
