Bhola district job circular application process:
Interested candidates should apply by hand filling the prescribed job application form according to the circular issued by the Ministry of Public Administration in the memorandum number 05.110,0000,00,00,089.14-01 dated 29/12/2014. The application form can be collected from the website of the Ministry of Public Administration (www.mopa.gov.bd) or the notice board of the District Commissioner, Bhola’s web portal (www.bhola.gov.bd). 02 (two) copies of recently taken color passport and 01 (one) copy of stamp size photograph must be attached with the application form and the candidate must clearly write the name of the candidate on the other side/back of the photograph;

Application form should reach by post to Deputy Commissioner, Bhola during office hours by 25/03/2024. Incomplete, defective, unsigned and late applications will be considered invalid;
- Candidate’s post name and quota name (if any) should be mentioned on the envelope;
- Examination fee Rs.200/- (Two Hundred) should be deposited in treasury challan in Government Treasury/Bank Code No-1-0742-0000-2031: Original copy of challan should be submitted along with the application.
- Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 30 years as on 25/03/2024. However, the age limit is relaxable up to 32 years as per government rules in case of children of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. The age limit is 30 years for sons and daughters of freedom fighters. Any type of affidavit regarding age is acceptable

Circular No. 05,00,00000,170.11.18-276 will follow:
- The mobile number of the candidate must be entered compulsorily in the application form;
- A 9.5 x 4.5 inch return envelope containing unused postage stamp of Rs.10/- (Ten) stating the name, address of the candidate should be enclosed with the application;
- If the candidate is working in any Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous/Recognised Private Institution then apply through appropriate authority. No advance copy will be accepted in this case;

- Concealment of any information or failure to submit affidavits from appropriate authorities in favor of the information shall constitute disqualification of the candidate/cancellation of appointment:

- If any adverse information is found in the police verification and health examination of the finally selected/recruited candidate, his/her appointment will be considered canceled without assigning any reason;
- Candidates who have cleared the written and practical tests must produce the original copies of citizenship certificate, character certificate, national identity card/birth registration certificate, educational qualification certificate, experience certificate, computer and shorthand proof and quota related certificates (if any) at the time of appearing in the oral examination;
- In case of married female candidates, husband’s permanent address should be mentioned in the citizenship certificate;
- In column 17 of the application form, candidates should mention the information related to receiving short hand and computer training (if applicable);
- All the columns of the application form must be duly filled (where applicable); And
- The authority reserves the right to suspend, change/cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
