Eligibility of Bangladesh anser vdp force job circular 2023:
Candidates must have passed at least SSC or equivalent examination to apply. Age should be between 18 to 22 years as on 31st May 2023. In terms of physical qualification, height should be minimum 5 feet 6 inches for general and other candidates and 5 feet 4 inches for minority caste candidates. Weight 49.895 kg, chest size 32-34 inches in case of general and other candidates and weight 47.173 kg, chest size 32-32 inches in case of minor caste candidates. All candidates should have vision of 6/6. However, if there is any terminal illness, the candidate will not be selected in the primary selection. Candidate must be single. Preference will be given to candidates with greater height, enlisted Ansar-VDP members and outstanding achievements in sports.

Allowances and facilities for Bangladesh anser vdp job circular:
The final selected candidates will be given daily food allowance, ration allowance, medical allowance, washing allowance, risk allowance, travel allowance, ration material and other benefits during the training. Apart from this, two festival allowances of Tk 10,000 per annum and after 5 years of satisfactory service will be entitled to a one-time gratuity equal to two months’ allowance (daily/meal allowance) for the period of service in general at the time of retirement up to a maximum of 12 months. Recruited battalion Ansar members will be made permanent after six years of satisfactory service. Final selected candidates will have to attend Ansar VDP Academy, Safipur, Gazipur for basic training of six months duration.
