Terms of Department of livestock (dls job circular)
The prevailing rules and regulations of the government will be followed in the matter of recruitment.
- Apply online. The rules and conditions for filling the application form are available on the website job.dls.gov.bd of the Department of Livestock. You have to go to the online recruitment option of the website and apply. No application will be accepted without online application.
a) Starting date and time for filling the online application form : 29/09/2022 from 10.00 AM onwards. b) Last date and time to fill online application form : 28/10/2022 till 3.00 PM.
Candidate must be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh.
2 (two) sets of hard copies of online filled application form, 2 (two) copies of passport size color photographs, all educational qualification certificates, national identity card or birth registration certificate, attested copy of citizenship certificate and other documents at the time of attending the oral examination and Original copies of all certificates must be produced.
In case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters, authorized certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs in favor of freedom fighters/ martyred freedom fighters and in case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters, attested photocopy of inheritance certificate by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/ Municipal Mayor/ City Corporation Councilor (if applicable) and other quotas.
In this case also the attested photocopy of the certificate should be submitted at the time of oral examination. Besides, the original certificate must be produced during the oral examination.
Payment of jod.dls.gov.bd job circular October 2023:
For recruitment examination fee along with application form Bangladesh Bank/Sonali Bank Ltd. Tk 200/- (Two Hundred) for Serial No. 1 & 2 Posts and Tk. 100/- (One Hundred) for Serial No. 3 Posts of Recruitment Circular of Offerable Value Treasury Challan to Director General , Department of Livestock, Bangladesh, Dhaka by submitting to the code 1-4441-0000-2031 and filling the treasury challan number, date, bank name and address online and attaching the scan copy of the treasury challan.
It is specially noted here that even if all the parts of the online application form are filled and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.
b. Candidates age should be between 18-30 years as on 25/03/2020 AD. However, the age limit is relaxable upto 32 years in case of orphans, physically challenged and sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters.
In case of grandsons of freedom fighters, the maximum age limit is 30 years. Affidavit will not be accepted for proof of age.

Candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth and own district and all other information should be written in the online www.job.dls.gov.bd application form exactly as it is written in the relevant certificate and the color print of the application form should be saved.
- All other types of quotas issued by the government along with district quota in the selection of candidates will be duly followed. 11. Defective and incomplete applications will be rejected without assigning any reason.
- The authorities reserve the right to revise/cancel the recruitment circular, reduce/oversize the number of posts and reduce or increase the number of posts at the time of recruitment without assigning any reason. 13. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority and submit the original copy of the permission letter of the authority at the time of oral examination.
- The date, time and place of the selection test for all the posts and information regarding the test will be communicated through the web site (job.dls.gov.bd) and SMS to the mobile phone given in the application form of the eligible candidates. 15. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the online application form.

- Candidates who have applied as per the recruitment circular issued by the Directorate of Livestock vide No. 33.01.0000, 101, 11.875.19-2262 dated 08/09/2019, need not apply afresh.
- The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.
- No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written/oral examination.
