Rule and regulation of Ministry of Defense job circular : You must follow the rules and regulations of the Ministry of defense given below:
The age limitation of the Ministry of Defense job circular :
The candidate’s age is 18-30 years as of 4-08-2022. However, in the case of sons/daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates, the maximum age limit is 18-32 years.
(2) Departmental candidates mean those employees who are permanently or temporarily engaged in the service of the same line and in the same organization for at least 2 years and are eligible for promotion or direct recruitment to the advertised post and whose age limit of the first appointment to Government service is within the age limit prescribed for direct recruitment.
However, the maximum age limit is 40 years for departmental candidates for serial numbers 4, 7, and 9 posts. An affidavit in respect of age is not admissible.
Candidates for employment must apply for the permission of the appropriate authority and submit the permission at the time of oral examination.
Which document will be submitted during the oral examination of the Ministry of Defense job circular:
Candidates shall submit the following documents at the time of the oral examination:
(a) Original copies of all educational qualifications and experience certificates:
(b) Completed | 1 set of photocopies of all certificates attested by First Class Gazetted Officer and 3 copies of passport-size attested photographs must be submitted along with the Application Form.
(c) Certificate issued by the competent authority as proof of permanent resident of the district.
(d) Certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War if the applicant is the son/daughter of the heroic freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter.
(e) If the applicant is the son/daughter of the heroic freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter A clear certificate of relationship with the freedom fighter, including the name of the candidate’s parents and the name of the son/daughter of the freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, issued by the concerned authority.
(f) Certificate issued by the concerned District Commissioner if the applicant belongs to a Minority Community.
(g) Disability Certificate issued by the Directorate of Social Services if the applicant is disabled.
(h) Certificate issued by the Orphanage/Children’s Institution registered by the Directorate of Social Services in case of orphan candidates.
(j) Ansar and Village In the case of Defense Force members, concerned candidate Ansar and Village Defense Force member, a certificate was issued by the District Ansar Adjutant in this regard.
(j) Employed candidates must submit an original copy of the No Objection Clearance Certificate issued by the appointing authority.
(k) Original copy of a valid National Identity Card must be produced and 1 copy of First Class Photocopy attested by the gazetted officer to be submitted.

Terms and conditions related to online Ministry of Defense job application form filling :
a. Candidates willing to participate in the exam can fill out the application form on this website http://dcd.teletalk.com.bd.
(i) Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time: 14.01.2023 at 10.00 am and the last date and time for submission are 04.01.2023 till 5.00 pm.
Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period can submit SMS and exam fee within 72 hours from the time of submission of the application form online.
(b) In the online application form, the candidate will scan his colored photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and upload it to the designated place.
Image size should be a maximum of 100KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.
(c) The candidate shall retain a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related requirements.
At the end of the online application, A User ID number will be given in the downloaded Applicants copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 2 SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number in the manner given in the Applicant Copy Examination fee Rs.112/- for the posts serial no.1-16 and serial no.
For posts No. 17-25, pay Rs. 56/- with service charge within 72 hours.
