The candidate is a citizen of Bangladesh by birth and permanent in the Chittagong district. Must be a resident.
(2) The prescribed application form can be found on the notice board of the Chittagong District website www.chittagong.gov.bd and on the website of the Ministry of Public Administration www.mopa.gov.bd.
(3) The age of the candidate is 12/08/2022 AD. Date 18-30 years. However, in the case of the heroic freedom fighter / disabled quota, the age can be relaxed up to 32 years. No affidavit will be admissible in case of proof of age.
(4) Attached to the application is the certificate of character issued by the Gazetted Officer of 1st class (with the signature of the seal of name, title), certificate of nationality issued by the Chairman of the concerned Union Parishad / Mayor of the municipality, attested copy of Educational Qualification Certificate and 3 copies of newly taken passport size attested copy. (5) Applications must be received by 12/08/2022 during office hours (by 5.00 pm) by post or directly to the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, District E-Service Center, Chittagong.
(6) With the application form (a) From any branch of Sonali Bank Ltd. a copy (non-refundable) of the treasury invoice of Rs. (B) An envelope of size 10 x 4.56 with a postage stamp of Rs. 10 / – should be attached for postage with the registry. On the top right side of the envelope. Candidate must enter postal address.
(7) Candidates serving may apply within the prescribed time through the concerned authority subject to compliance with other conditions. In this case, the age limit is not relaxable.
(8) A candidate cannot apply for more than one post. The name of the post should be written in bold letters on the top of the envelope.
