Finance ministry has announced a total of 19 vacant positions for various posts. The post name and vacancies are given below:

The job location will be in Dhaka, and the selected candidates will receive a salary as per the government rules.

Age of finance ministry job circular candidate 2023:

(a) Age limit of the applying candidates is 18-30 years according to 28 March 2023.

(b) In case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged, age limit is 18-32 years.

(c) Upper age limit of departmental candidates is relaxable up to 40 years in respect of Grade-1 and Grade-3 posts.

(d) No affidavit shall be admissible for proof of age.

(s) However, Ministry of Public Administration dated September 22, 2022 05. 190, 15.017 As per Memorandum No. 20-149, if the age of the applicant is within the maximum age limit on March 25, 2020, the said candidates will get the opportunity to apply. 6. Bangladesh Secretariat (Non-cadre Gazetted Officers and Non-Gazetted Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2014 (Revised in 2020) to fill the posts listed in Table No. 1 and 4 of this recruitment circular; To fill the posts mentioned in order No. 2, ‘Government Institutions Computer Personnel Recruitment Rules, 2019- and to fill up the posts mentioned in order No. 3, ‘Bangladesh Secretariat Libraries (Officers and Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2001’ will be followed.

7. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authority. Subject to fulfillment of all the conditions of the departmental candidates, the box of Departmental Candidate should be ticked while filling the application form. Employed candidate has to produce the original copy of no objection letter issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.

8. The existing rules and quota policy of the government in the matter of recruitment and any subsequent amendments to the relevant rules will be followed. 9. The authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts mentioned in the notification and to cancel the notification.

10. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in Written/Oral/Practical Examination.

11. The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.

12. In cases not mentioned in the application conditions, the rules issued by the government will be applicable.

Conditions of fid teletalk com bd:

1.Candidate’s age maximum 30 years as on 28/03/2023 as per SSC certificate).

2. No application and incomplete, defective application will be accepted by the software after the stipulated time.

3. Candidates working in Govt, Semi-Government / Autonomous Organizations should apply through appropriate authority.

4. Final selected candidate should be ready to work in any region of Bangladesh. 

5. All information related to the examination will be communicated in due course through e-mail, SMS and website of Finance ministry Department

6. Only preliminarily shortlisted candidates will be invited for the examination and any form of lobbying will be considered as disqualification of the candidate.

7. Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for the oral test. No TA/DA will be paid for this.

8. a) Candidates interested in participating in the examination should fill the application form on this website

 b) Online application submission period from 28 March 2023 (10:00 AM) to 20 April 2023 (5:00 PM). Candidates who have obtained User ID on the mentioned website within the said period can submit the application form online. 

It is specially mentioned that even if all the parts of the application form are filled and submitted online, the registration is completed through 2 consecutive SMS. Applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Candidates who have received User ID on the mentioned website within the said period have to complete the registration via SMS within the next 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of online application submission.

After sending the second SMS, you will receive the password in the return SMS. The User ID and Password received through SMS should be saved for future use.

After using the User ID and Password received by SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card with roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time/centre name etc. The candidate must produce the admit card at all subsequent examinations.

c) In the online application form, the candidate has to scan his color photograph (length 300 × width 300) pixel signature (length 300 × width 80) pixel and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100KB and signature size should be a maximum of SOKB.

e) The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related need and submit one copy during the oral examination.

After filling the online application form properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, after submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer.

Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s copy with User ID, photograph and signature and will complete the registration by sending an SMS in the manner described in paragraph (b) within the next 72 hours.

If any information is wrong in the applicant’s copy or the image is unclear (full black/full white blurred) or the photo/signature is not correct then one can reapply.

However, after completing the registration through SMS, no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable, so before completing the registration, the candidate must ensure that the applicant’s copy has his recent color photograph, accurate information and signature attached and confirm its correctness by downloading the PDF copy and making a color print. Save it.

g) After successfully submitting the online application, the User ID and Password obtained should be saved for future use.

h) After using the received User ID and Password, the candidate will download and print the admit card with roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time center name etc. The candidate must produce the admit card at all subsequent examinations.
