The Department of Youth Development is a state-run institution run and regulated by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

On 05/06/2022, the age of the candidate of Jubo unnayan should be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 30 years.

In the case of children of heroic freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates, the age can be relaxed up to 32 years as per government rules.
It is to be noted that in the case of sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters, the age is 30 years. No affidavit is admissible in case of proof of age.
Candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous organizations must submit a no-objection letter to the appropriate authority during the oral examination.
The age of the candidates is not relaxable.
Written, practical and oral examinations (where applicable) will be held in accordance with the relevant recruitment rules for the selection of candidates for appointment. Only candidates who have passed the written test and candidates who have passed the written and practical test where applicable will be considered for taking part in the oral test.

Application for the job can be submitted online from 10.00 am on 15/02/2023 to 05:00 pm on 05/06/2022. No application will be accepted directly / by post. All applications sent directly / by post will be considered rejected.
Candidates who have passed the written and practical (if applicable) examinations are required to submit 01 (one) attested photocopy of each certificate / no-objection / paper showing the original copies during the oral examination. The list of all the certificates / no-objection / papers to be submitted/presented is as under:
(i) all original/temporary certificates of educational qualifications;
(ii) certificate of experience (where applicable);
(iii) Appropriate during the oral examination to candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Institutions. No-objection letter from the authority
(iv) Certificate of Citizenship issued by the Mayor / Chairman of the Union Parishad as a permanent resident (V) National Identity Card / Birth Registration Certificate;
(vi) Certificate of Character issued by Gazetted Officer of 1st class (with named seal); 2/4 (vii) Freedom Fighter Certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs in accordance with all provisions of the Government in case of candidates applying for Muktijoddha Quota (Bir Muktijoddha / Martyrs of Freedom Fighters / Sons and Daughters of Martyred Freedom Fighters);
(viii) If the applicant is a child of Vir Muktijoddha / Shahid Muktijoddha and son or daughter of Bir Muktijoddha / Shahid Muktijoddha, then grandson/granddaughter of Bir Muktijoddha / Shahid Muktijoddha is a Gazetted Officer of 1st class. Certificate of Certificate issued by the Mayor / Councilor; (ix) In case of Physically Handicapped and Orphans by the Deputy Director of the concerned District Social Service Office.

(xii)) Certificate/certificate issued by the appropriate authority in support of the specific quota claim; No one who is committed to marrying or promising to marry someone who is not a citizen of Bangladesh will be considered eligible to apply; In case of attestation, the attestor must be a 1st class gazetted officer and the officer must be clear.
Must have sealed with name and surname.The latest government policy regarding all government regulations and quotas will be followed. The decision of the authority will be considered final without giving any reason for accepting and rejecting the application.
Candidates will not be given any type of TA / DA for participating in the examination.
35. False/defective/incomplete applications will be considered rejected.
If any information provided by the candidate in the application form is proved to be untrue/defective/incomplete/fake/false at any stage or forged or misused in the examination, the application/selection/appointment will be considered as direct cancellation and legal action will be taken against the person concerned.

18. Rules for filling and submitting the online application of Jubo unnayan job circular 2023:
(A) Interested candidates should go to the website HTTP: // dyd.teletalk.com.bd and fill up the application form. The application deadline is as follows: 1. Online Application Form Filling and Examination Fee Submission Date and Time 15/02/2023, Morning 10.00.
ii. Last date and time for submission of the application form online are 05/02/2023, 05:00 pm. Within that period from the time of submission of the Online Application Form for the User ID. You can submit the examination fee via SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
3. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photo (length 300 pixels x 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 pixels text 60 pixels) and upload it to the designated place. Image size must be a maximum of 100KB and signature size must be a maximum of 60 KB.
(C) 3 Since the information given in the application form filled in online will be used in all subsequent activities, the animal will be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information given before submitting the application form online. If false information is submitted, legal action will be taken against the candidate concerned under criminal law.
A printed copy of the application form is filled in Animal Online for any need related to the examination. Save for use and submit one copy during the oral exam.(6) Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill in the application form (Application Form) online and upload the picture and signature as per instructions.
Submit the application form. (Full Black / Full White / Blurred) or if the picture/signature is not correct then you can re-apply only (on the web) without paying the application fee.
Note that no further changes/modifications/additions are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. Before submitting the application fee, the candidate must attach the latest color photograph, accurate information, and signature attached to the applicant’s copy and confirm its accuracy by downloading the PDF copy. Print and save. The Applicant’s Copy will be printed or downloaded and saved. User ID will be given in Applicant’s Copy.

Using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will then download and print (if possible colored) the entry form containing the roll number, position name, photo, date of examination, time and venue name, etc.
This admission form must be displayed by the candidate at the time of participation in the written test and at the time of the practical/oral test if he has passed the written test.
