Conditions of Harinakunda pauroshava job circular

1. Candidate must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
2. The applicant should reach the office of the undersigned by post during office hours with the handwritten application on white paper to the undersigned. No hand-to-hand applications will be accepted. 3. Full biographical details of the candidate in the application form: (a) Name, (b) Name of father/husband, (c) Name of mother, (d) Permanent address, (v) Present address, (f) Date of birth, (g) 21/09/ 2022 AD: Age, (h) Nationality, (j) Religion, (j) Educational Qualification, (v) Experience (if any) etc. should be mentioned.
3. In case of recruitment quota will be reserved as per government rules and regulations. In case of special quota candidate, the name of the quota should be mentioned in the application form and attested copy of the certificate should be submitted.
4. If the candidate is the child/grandson/granddaughter of a freedom fighter/martyr, then he/she has to submit the attested copy of the certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War in favor of his/her father/mother/grandfather.
5. 03 (three) copies of recent passport size attested color photographs, attested copies of all educational qualification certificates, attested copies of birth registration certificates, attested copies of National Identity Card (if any), character certificate issued by 1st Class Gazetted Officer, Union Parishad Chairman/ Citizenship certificate issued by Municipal Mayor/Administrator/Councilor of City Corporation should be submitted. All certificates/photographs must be attested (seal with name) by a gazetted officer of 1st class.
6. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. Applicant age must be between 18-30 years as on 21/09/2022 AD. However, the age is relaxable up to 32 years in the case of children of freedom fighters.
7. A candidate cannot apply for more than one post. 9. 500.00 (Five Hundred) Bank Draft/Pay-Order from any Scheduled Bank should be submitted along with the application form to the Mayor, Harinakundu Municipality.
8. In case of departmental candidates should apply through appropriate authority.
9. Defective or incomplete applications will be treated as outright rejection.
10. This appointment will be governed by the Municipal Employees Employment Rules 1992. 13. No TA/DA will be given to the candidate for appearing in written or oral examination.
11. The appointing authority reserves the right to modify, add, subtract or cancel the terms and conditions of this notification without assigning any reason.
12. The decision of the appointing authority regarding acceptance/rejection of application and appointment shall be final. No objection can be raised in this regard.

Harinakundu Municipality Jhenaidah will collect all application forms after September 21. Then the application selection committee will scrutinize the application.

Valid applications will be selected from among them. Admit card will be sent by post to valid application candidates.

The admit card will mention the time, date and venue of the written test. Attend the exam on the scheduled date mentioned in the admit card. Admit Card guidelines must be followed during the exam.
