Other Qualifications of Nuclear Power Plant Company Bangladesh Limited job circular :

• Must have excellent communication skills in Bengali and English both verbal and written. • For Serial No. 01 to 04 should have a preference in computer applications especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Unicode Typing.

• Minimum GPA/CGPA of 400 out of 5.00 or 3.00 out of 4.00 in any public examination in case of Serial No. 01; Candidates who have obtained 1st division in both the examinations under traditional result system can apply.

• Minimum GPA/CGPA of 3.50 out of 5.00 or 3.00 out of 4.00 in any public examination for Serial No. 02 to 04; Candidates who have obtained 1st division in both the examinations under the traditional result system can apply.

A minimum GPA/CGPA of 3.00 out of 5.00 or 2.50 out of 4.00 in any public examination for Serial No. 05 to 11; Candidates who obtained 2nd division in both the examinations under the traditional result system can apply.

• Upper age limit as on 20.10.2022: 35 (thirty-five) years in the case of Serial No.

1 and 37 (thirty-seven) years in the case of Serial No. 5 and 32 (thirty two) years in case of other posts.

Salary, benefits, and other terms and conditions of NPCBL job circular 2023:

1. The first 1 (one) year probationary period shall be considered, but the probationary period may be extended up to 2 (two) years. Regularization/confirmation of employment in NPCBL will be based on the successful completion of the probationary period and training results and/or performance evaluation conducted by NPCBL during the probationary period.
2. The place of work will be at any nuclear power plant in Bangladesh or at any place designated by NPCBL.
3. During the probationary period, only the monthly basic pay at the rate mentioned in column 3 of the above table and festive allowance as per rules and project allowance at the rate of 40% of the basic pay for working at the project site will be paid.
4. Basic Pay and Family Housing Allowance (or House Rent Allowance at the rate of 40%-60% of Basic Pay if Family Housing Allowance is not provided) and Project Allowance at the rate of 40% of Basic Pay/ Power Station as applicable, as specified in Column 3 of the above chart of NPCBL Allowance, leave encashment, joint insurance, contributory provident fund, gratuity, and other fringe benefits will be provided as per the rules and regulations of NPCBL.
5. At the time of his joining, the joiner shall submit a Surety Bond to the effect that he will serve in NPCBL for at least 10 (ten) years from the date of joining and if he voluntarily leaves NPCBL before completion of 10 (ten) years of service in NPCBL. He shall be liable to pay all sums incurred on his behalf by NPCBL, Government or any other authority.
6. At the time of joining NPCBL the entrant is required to submit a privacy and security declaration. The authorities may take any legal action including termination of employment without compensation if the joinder is found to be injurious to the security of the company or state or government or any NPP as per the notification.

1. Interested candidates should apply through the “Online Application Form”. At the time of online application, scanned photographs and signatures of the candidate should be uploaded along with the required information. The online application can be made from 28.09.2022 till 11:59 PM of 2010-2022. “Online Application Form” is available at http://npcbl.teletalk.com.bd.
2. Candidate should collect ‘No Objection Letter (NOC) issued by Employer in respect of Application’ on any date prior to submission of online application which has to be produced at the time of Oral Test. Every candidate is required to confirm his/her application by following the instructions mentioned at http://npcbl.teletalk.com.bd any Teletalk 500/- (Five Hundred) payable through SMS from Mobile Connection.
3. Eligible candidates will be selected subject to written, practical, and oral examination and verification of related documents and obtaining a necessary security clearance. Foreign certificate holders must present an equivalent certificate issued by the appropriate authority during the oral examination. No TA/DA/Allowance will be given for appearing in the examination. Any recommendation will be treated as a disqualification of the candidate.
4. NPCBL authorities reserve the right to increase/decrease the number of posts and cancel any or all applications without assigning any reason.
