(h) Certificates issued by the appropriate authority in case of other quota candidates
Candidates shortlisted for recruitment will be required to carry out candidate characterization, prior to final placement.No allowance will be given for participation in written, oral and practical tests.
The authority reserves the right to revise/increase the number of posts and cancel the notification. The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.
How to apply Sylhet dc office job circular:
(a) Candidates who wish to participate in the examination can fill out the application form on this website http://dcsylhet.teletalk.com.bd. The application deadline is as follows:
(i) Starting date and time for online filling of the application form and submission of application fee is 27/03/2023 at 10.00 AM.
(ii) Last date and time for online submission of application form is 26/04/2013 05.00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through Teletalk mobile SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of online application submission.
(b) In the online application form, the candidate should upload his signature (length 300 X width 80 pixel) and color photo (length 300 X width 300 pixel) at the designated place.
Image size should be maximum 100 KB and signature size should be maximum 60 KB. (c) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, submit the application form online.
c) The candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled before doing so.
(d) The candidate shall retain the applicant’s copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related purposes and submit one copy at the time of oral examination.
Rules for sending SMS and payment of exam fee for http://dcsylhet.teletalk.com.bd:
Fill the application form online properly and upload the photo and signature according to the instructions.
Once the application form is submitted, the application preview with the image will be seen on the screen.
Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s Copy with a user ID, photograph and signature.
Candidates should download the applicant’s copy and print it in color and save it.
A User ID number will be given in the applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number for application fee Tk 200/- (two hundred) and Teletalk service charge 23 /- (twenty-three) including (non-refundable) a total of 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) should be deposited within 72 (seventy two) hours through Teletalk prepaid mobile number.
It is specially mentioned here that ‘even if all the parts of online-d application form are submitted and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted’.

How to download admit card for http://dcsylhet.teletalk.com.bd:
Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on the website http://dcsylhet.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates).
All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.
After using the User ID and password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card containing the roll number, post name, photo, examination date, time and place/centre name etc.
The candidate must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of appearing in the practical test if passed and at the time of oral test if passed in the practical test.
