Educational Qualification of BD army job circular:
Educational Qualification (Minimum). Candidates who have passed out from universities recognized by the University Grants Commission can apply subject to the qualifications mentioned in the following cores:
- Engineers Corps- Male/Female. Minimum CGPA-2.50 (out of 4.00) in B.Sc Engineering with GPA-4.50 in both SSC and HSC Examinations in the following subjects: Civil Engineering (CE).
- Signals Core – Male/Female. Minimum CGPA of 2.50 (out of 4.00) in B.Sc Engineering with GPA-4.50 in both SSC and HSC Examinations: Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).
- Minimum of B.Sc Engineering in the following subjects with GPA-4.50 in both HSC examinations.
- Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (EME) Core Male/Female. CGPA 3.00 must be obtained (out of 4.00):
- Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering (NAME). Aeronautical Engineering (AE). Army Education Corps (AC) – Male/Female. In both SSC and HSC exams. CGPA 3.00 (out of 4.00) in the following subjects with GPA 4.00 with graduation honors, Master’s degree should be:
- Mathematics: Remount Veterinary & Farm Corps (RV&FC) – Male. SSC and HSC, BSc (Vet & AH/DVM) degree with GPA-4.00 in both exams and completion of internship and minimum CGPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00).

Disqualification for the candidate for the BD army job:
Removed/dismissed from Army/Navy/Air Force or any Government service are given below:
- 02 (Twice) friended out/rejected by ISSB (once screened out and once rejected) can be applied for.
- However, candidates who have been screened out/rejected 02 (two) times in the previous 05 (five) years can also apply.
- If nearsightedness and farsightedness are more than 2.5 diopters and astigmatism is more than 1.0 diopters in each eye will be considered ineligible.
- Army, Navy, and Air Force Appellate Medical Board declared ineligible.
Bangladesh army 5 Selection Procedure:
Written test of Bd army: Written examination (100 marks in a professional subject) will be held on 26 February 2023 at 09.00 hrs at Shaheed Bir Bikram Ramiz Uddin Cantonment School, Dhaka Cantonment.
Completed Application Process and admit card for BD army job:
- Candidates will print out the call-up letter and carry it along with the call-up letter during the examination. The result of the written exam will be announced in the 4th week of September 2023 through the website and SMS/Telephone.
- Basic health and oral examination of Bd army: Preliminary health and oral examination of the candidates who have cleared the written examination. It will be held from 26 February 2023 to 13 March 2023 at AFMI, Dhaka Cantonment. Original copies of all examination certificates and marksheets and call-up letter must be produced at the time of oral examination, otherwise will be considered ineligible.
- ISSB Exam: ISS located in Dhaka cantonment for the candidates who passed the written and oral test B has to appear for the test/interview on the scheduled date. Exam/Interview date will be published on ISS B website. The examination will be completed in four days and all expenses will be borne by the government.
- Providing final selection and joining guidelines: Subject to qualifying all the above examinations Final selection announcement and joining guidelines will be issued by Army Headquarters, Adjutant General Branch, Directorate of Personnel Administration to the candidates in order of merit in favor of the vacancy.
- ISSB Green Card will be valid for 01 year (365 days).
