Condition of Union Parishad job circular :
- The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of the Dhaka district. The application must be reached at 15-09-22 to the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dhaka. No direct application will be accepted.
- Application form copy can be downloaded from www.gov.bd website. If the application is not scheduled, the application will be invalid.
- Jobholder candidates must apply through the authority. No advance application will be accepted. Age will not be qualifying in the case of candidates. Husband’s Permanent Address on Citizenship Certificate in case of married female candidates.
- 03 (three) copies of recent passport size (55 cm) and 02 (two) copies of stamp size photo attested by 1st class gazetted officer along with the following documents along with the application form.
- 500/- (Five Hundred) for the post of Union Parishad secretary and Rs. 400/- (Four Hundred) for the post of 02 through Bank Draft/Pay Order (Non-Refundable) in favor of the Deputy Commissioner, Dhaka through any branch of Sonali Bank. have to pay.
- In order to send the admit card to the correct address, the applicant should enclose a return envelope bearing the name of the post, the name of the candidate, and unused postage of Rs.10/- (Ten) along with the application form.
- Applicant age should be between 18-30 years as on 15-09-2012 AD. However, Muktiyo’s child is helpful in case of physical disabilities Age is relaxable up to 32 years as per rules. No affidavit will be admissible in case o age.
- Mayor Councilor of the City Corporation of the animal’s own area/Chairman of the Mayoral Council of the Municipality.
- Original copies of relevant certificates should be submitted. To submit an attested photocopy of birth registration.
- The name of the post and special quota (if any) should be written in bold letters on the envelope and the full name and address of the candidate should be written in clear letters on the left side.
- Certificate issued by Deputy Director of District Social Services Office in case of Physically Handicapped Orphans.
- Certificate issued by said authority as per latest policy in case of Ansar and VDP candidates.
- Computer training certificate issued by Government approved institution for the post mentioned in Serial No. 02. Attestation must be a gazetted officer of 1st class and must have deal with work reputation and designation. Attested photocopy of competent authority certificate as per latest government circular of Ministry of Liberation War Affairs for proof as father/mother or maternal grandfather in case of sons and daughters of freedom fighter/martyr Muktiyova and sons and daughters of sons and daughters.
Admit card of union Parishad job circular:
The office of District Administrator Dhaka will collect all application forms after September 15, 2022.
Then the application selection committee will scrutinize the application.
Valid applications will be selected from among them. Admit cards will be sent by post to valid application candidates.
The admit card will mention the time, date, and venue of the written test. Attend the exam on the scheduled date mentioned on the admit card.
Admit Card guidelines must be followed during the examination.
