Conditions applicable/followed by applicants of the MCD job circular :
(a) Age 18 to 30 years as of 01/07/2012 in case of general candidates.
(b) Age limit 18-32 years in case of sons and daughters of valiant freedom fighters/martyred valiant freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates.
c) Age limit is up to 30 years in the case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters.
d) Only permanent citizens of Bangladesh can apply.
e) No person shall be considered eligible for direct appointment to any post if he is not a citizen of Bangladesh or a permanent resident of Bangladesh or domiciled in Bangladesh and marries or undertakes to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh. Government existing rules and any subsequent amendments in the said rules will be followed in the matter of recruitment.
f) All types of quota system policy will be followed as per prevailing government rules for the selection of candidates.
g) No affidavit regarding the age of the candidates is acceptable.
h) Incomplete or defective applications will be treated as outright rejection.

Which documents were brought during the viva of the MCD job circular :
- Original copies of all certificates must be produced at the time of oral examination and one set of attested photocopies must be submitted along with the online filled Application Form. Besides, a certificate issued by Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as proof of permanent residence of the district, photocopy of national identity card, and applicant’s son-daughter/son’s daughter’s son-daughter of freedom fighters/martyr freedom fighters, orphans, disabled, minorities, Ansar and VDP Original Certificate of Competent Authority Verbal as per the latest policy of candidates.
- To be presented during the examination. Legal action including cancellation of an appointment will be taken against anyone who hides the true information and qualification or is appointed with wrong/false information. 11. Candidates who have cleared the written and practical tests as applicable will be considered eligible to appear in the oral test.
Mass Communication Department MCD job circular:
- No Traveling Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be paid for Practical/Selection/Written Tests/Interviews.
- The decision of the concerned authority in the matter of appointment shall be considered final.
- The appointing authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts mentioned in the notification and to cancel the notification in whole / in part.
Conditions for filling out the application form mcd job circular :
- Candidates who wish to participate in the exam will fill out the application form online at http://mcd.teletalk.com.bd website.
- The application deadline is as follows: (1) Starting date and time for online application form filling and examination fee submission from 01 August 2022 at 10.00 am.
- The last date and time for online application submission are 25 August 2012 at 5.00 pm. Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period will receive an SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.
- In the online application form, the candidate will scan his colored photograph (length 300 width 300) pixel and signature (length 300 width 80) pixel and upload it to the designated place. The photo size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.
- Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of the previously filled information after submitting the application form online.
- Candidates shall keep a print copy of the filled-in Online Application Form as an aid for any exam-related need and Submit one copy during the oral examination.
Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Examination Fee of Mcd job circular :
- Online application form duly filled.
- Candidates who submit the application form by uploading a photo and signature as per instructions will get a User ID, an Applicant’s Copy with photo and signature. The Applicant’s Copy can be printed or downloaded and saved. will do Applicant’s copy will contain a User ID number and using the User ID number the candidate can send an SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for an examination fee of 100/ for posts serial No. 1-11.
- (One Hundred) Taka and Service Charge of Teletalk Rs.12/- Total Rs.112/- (One Hundred and Twelve) Rs.50/- (Fifty) for Examination Fee for Serial No. 12-16 Posts and Service Charge of Teletalk Rs.6/- Total 56/- (fifty-six) should be deposited within seventy-two hours. It is especially noted that even if all the parts of the application form are filled and submitted online, the examination fee is not submitted. Online applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.

- Second SMS: MCD YES PIN and Send to 16222.
- Example: MCD YES xxxxxxxx
- Reply: Congratulation Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for the MCD application for the post of xxx, User Id (xxx) and Password (xxx).
Admit card of Mass communication Department MCD job circular:
Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course at http://mcd.teletalk.com.bd or the Department of Mass Communication website at http://masscommunication.gov.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates).
All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile number provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately.
After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, candidates will download and print (color if possible) the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and venue name, etc.
Candidates write this admit card.
Must demonstrate the time of participation in the examination and the practical and oral examination if passed.
Candidates can retrieve their User ID, Serial and PIN by following the below-mentioned SMS from Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone only.
